Join us in helping homeless

Life without a home costs a lot. It can take away person’s sense of security, their health, their relationships, and ultimately their faith for the future. Without a home, too many people are left alone and fall outside society.

Through the Katu ei ole koti -campaign (eng. Street is not a Home ), we help people without home of their own to a new start.

The number of homeless people is on the rise in Finland after a long period of positive development. According to the ARA, last year there were 3 806 homeless people living alone, 1 010 long-term homeless people, and 110 homeless families. Homelessness among women and young people also increased.

In our 2025 campaign, we are focusing on strengthening the inclusion of people experiencing homelessness by helping them reintegrate into society through our activities. In Blue Ribbon Foundation, we offer housing support and counseling, 24/7 help and safety for homeless young, as well as work rehabilitation activities for people recovering from substance abuse and mental health issues. Through effective homelessness work, we can change someone’s life and reduce costs to society in the long term.
